2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification Protocol (नगद भुक्तानी र अर्डर प्रमाणीकरण)
To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure parcel receipt in challenging terrains:
- Phone / WhatsApp Confirmation: Every COD order receives a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our Surkhet dispatch center before courier handover.
- Unverified Orders: If a customer cannot be reached within 48 hours across 3 call attempts, the order is safely held or cancelled.
- Prepayment Incentive: Customers choosing digital prepayment (eSewa / Khalti / Mobile Banking QR) receive priority packing and a complimentary Himalayan spice sample pouch.
3. Order Tracking (अर्डर ट्र्याकिङ)
Upon dispatch, a courier tracking number and direct lookup link are sent via SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your parcel real-time at /order-tracking/.
